Moving

Recently I have had a really big change in my life. I moved to a new city where my dad had bought a house a couple years ago. He has one in the one city where I lived prior to my move, though that was mainly for my grandpa. I moved a little over an hour away from most of my family, friends, and my boyfriend. It's not too far away, but college hasn't started yet, so it can get pretty lonely for me. My dad works during the day and I am usually left with my dog. Driving back to previous home more than once a week can be kind of crazy in gas, so I limit my trip to once a week if I can at all help it. The freedom to do what I want for the most part is nice, though being all alone constantly does get boring. I spend a lot of my time reading, watching HGTV, cleaning, and cooking in order to compensate for this. Probably the part that took the longest in the whole process was packing. It's amazing all the clothes you have to pack, then again, when you barely grew in high school it's pretty easy to accumulate a lot of clothes. Packing all of my gadgets and gizmos, along with my clothes, added up to seven small boxes from Lowes, and 5 various sized clear, plastic containers. My father and I had to repaint the closet in my room, and put together a closet organizer from Lowes to fit all my clothes. My dad was kind enough to build me an en suite since I won't be living on campus. We still have quite a list of renovations to tackle before the house is where we ant it, and when it will be really nice. As we tackle our renovations, I will make sure and keep posting about each project, giving tips as to how they were done too. I hope to see some comments from future readers and followers, and feel free to email me ideas at eissac.cr@gmail.com Post again soon!
